To apply for housing, please stop by our office at 401 West 18th Street between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Wednesday or Friday to pick up an application. (The office is closed to walk-ins on Thursday 8:00am to 1:00pm.) Applications are taken at the housing authority central office for Coloma Homes, Garden Homes, Civic Plaza I and Cedar Woods Apartments. For the Ster-Lynn Estates project, that office is open from 11:00am to 2:00pm or applications may be mailed upon request.
